CONDICIONES GENERALES – EVENTOS PRIVADOS
In order to formalise the reservation a prepayment of 50% of the total amount is required. The remaining amount will be paid 20 days before the activity.
Cancellation by the client:
When the activity is cancelled by the client, the refund will depend on how far in advance notice is given:
– More than 3 months in advance, 100% refund of the total amount.
-More than twenty days in advance, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
-Between twenty and five days in advance, 25% of the total amount will be refunded. -Within the previous five days: 0%.
Cancellation by Mundo Marino:
CATAMARANS: In the event that the weather does not allow sailing, the client may change the date of the activity to another date, agreed with the shipowner. However, service costs such as: additional boat displacement, catering service, etc. must be paid. The decision to carry out the activity is the sole responsibility of Mundo Marino’s technicians. In the event that the client is unable to change the date, 85% of the total cost of the activity will be refunded as administrative costs, plus any extra costs (travel, additional boats, catering, etc.).
Extras: When the catering is external to Mundo Marino, there is a supplement of 200€ + 21% VAT for final cleaning (including the use of the boat facilities: bar, fridges, kitchen). When food and beverages provided by Mundo Marino are hired, this supplement is not charged.
Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date they are sent, unless otherwise stated in the quotation.
Mundo Marino reserves the right to modify the timetable and/or type of boat without prior notice. Mundo Marino is not responsible for the personal belongings and objects of the passengers.
